WHAT ARE THE TYPES OF MEMBERSHIP & THE COSTS?
There are 4 different types of membership:
GENERAL CONTRACTOR (GC)
GCs enjoy all the benefits of being a member of the GCA, including voting power, being able to hold leadership positions on the Board and Committees, and more! GC membership dues are based on the dollar volume of construction work performed during the previous calendar year. See chart
SUBCONTRACTOR
Subcontractor membership dues are $1,500 annually.
MATERIALS / EQUIPMENT:
Materials / Equipment membership dues are $1,500 annually.
AFFILIATE:
Affiliate companies must do business and/or have some connection with the construction industry. Affiliate membership dues are $1,500 annually.
When applying for membership, there is a security deposit of $450 and a one-time, non-refundable application fee of $50.
