The future of Hawaii’s construction industry depends on a skilled and prepared workforce. That’s why GCA is committed to cultivating a strong pipeline of future professionals through education and workforce development initiatives.
Starting this year, proceeds from the Golf Tournament will not only fund nine scholarships for students in the University of Hawaii College of Engineering but will also directly support the GCA Education Foundation. The foundation is dedicated to workforce development through programs like BreakingGround 808 Educator Externship Program, the GCA of Hawaii Construction Management Program at Hawaii Pacific University, support for a construction engineering professor at the UH College of Engineering, and other workforce development initiatives that connect students and educators with real-world industry experience.
Your sponsorship or donation will make a direct impact, helping to shape the next generation of construction industry leaders. And because the GCA Education Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, your contribution may be tax deductible to the extent permitted by law.
