Membership Dues & Application Fees
When applying for membership, there is a security deposit of $450 and a one-time, non-refundable application fee of $50.
GCA membership dues are paid annually and based on your company's membership type.
- General Contractor: See chart below
- Subcontractor: $1,500 annually
- Material/Equipment: $1,500 annually
- Affiliate: $1,500 annually
GENERAL CONTRACTORS
General Contractor membership dues are based on the dollar volume of construction work performed during the previous calendar year. See chart below (updated 2025).
